We are Saskatchewan's oldest, most qualified, and largest Independent company in the area of Pre-purchase Home Inspections and Municipal Code Inspections.
We are not a franchise or are we related to any other business such as a construction or real estate company.
We contract with towns, villages and rural municipalities to inspect and enforce the National Building Code for new construction and renovations. We inspect the majority of new construction in the areas surrounding Regina
Our Company performs hundreds of pre-purchase inspections each year within 250 kms. of Regina.
We have six Inspectors with the Licensing or certification to handle almost any inspection requirement.
We have trained many other inspectors and Real Estate professionals.
We provide technical and practical property expertise for commercial buildings to many private and government building owners.
The importance of choosing the right company
No certification is required In the Province of Saskatchewan in order to be a Pre-Purchase Home Inspector. Therefore, anyone can call themselves a Home Inspector. This has resulted in the creation of many new Home Inspection businesses whose Inspectors have no recognized certifications from organizations such as the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI), Professional Engineers of Saskatchewan, Saskatchewan Building Officials Association, or the American Society of Home Inspectors.
As of January 1, 1998, National Building Code (NBC) Inspectors, for new construction are required to be Licensed by the Saskatchewan Government. Remember, when you look for a Home Inspector look for these qualifications.
