Our inspectors are Professional Engineers, Engineering Technologists, Internationally Certified or Provincially Licensed Building Officials.

All of our inspectors have 15 to 45 years of hands on construction and inspection experience.

Our staff has been formally trained in the area of pre-purchase home inspections and residential, commercial and industrial building code inspections.

We employ two Level One Building Officials and a Level Three Licensed Building Official, as well as we contract with other Level Three Licensed Building Officials as required.

We are qualified to perform Fire Code inspections and compliance reports for liquor permits, insurance and municipal fire planning.

We have over 10 years of Government facilities management experience and property management and now we have a separate business unit that specializes in "Condo and HOA Reserve Fund Studies".

Unlike many companies, we have proven to the insurance companies that we are qualified and, therefore, we are fully insured.
